1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Round Trip Golf ("the app," "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information—including phone numbers used for invitations and logins via Twilio. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of the service
Round Trip Golf is a group golf trip planning application. We provide tools to plan trips, explore courses, collaborate with others, manage wishlists, and share trip content. We may send communications (email, SMS) for invitations, sign-in links, and verification. SMS is delivered via Twilio and used only for invitations and authentication.
3. Use of the service
You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you create or share. You may not misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, harass others, violate any applicable laws, or use the service in a way that could harm us or third parties.
4. Account
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. By providing a phone number or email for invitations or sign-in, you consent to receive messages for those purposes.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as needed to operate the app. Our service, branding, and technology remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our service without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Course data, maps, and other third-party content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use the service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
11. General
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Round Trip Golf. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
